Our officers have over 60 years of combined Lending experience. We are a full service Lender/Servicer with a portfolio of both residential and commercial loans. Our investment philosophy has always been principal preservation. During the underwriting process, our investors' security is our primary concern.
As a full service Lender, we will handle all facts of the loan closing to the ultimate disposition of the loan. City First Mortgage retains all servicing and will not sell a loan in the secondary market. This way, we can provide personal attention to each loan.
